啱啱收到一個DBS Fixed Income Transaction Management Support offer（one year contract). 但係又啱啱收到soc gen 既final interview, 個人來講喺前途方面多嘢想揀soc gen, 但係DBS 想我年頭on board, 咁應該點做？🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️
accept offer 做住先？ 定係等？

如果兩份都係contract的話就冇乜前途
不如搵份perm 嘅grad role好過啦
SocGen trainee位得24k, 仲要轉唔到perm、冇bonus、冇福利 etc.
你上LinkedIn search 大部分都係非三大嘅人先會做
