Yes mostly FDM graduates will be trained and referred to other firms as "secondment" after the programme. For sure the salary will be in a fixed term within the contract, and whether your contract will be extended will be unknown. I would say only if you really wanna get into this industry but without any background / any confidence that you can find a job there, otherwise I may explore some more other opporunities.
