想請教一下關於Bloomberg Analytics and Sales Program。見到有好多人好似做左一兩年就走，想知exit path大概係係點？ 會唔會出路好窄？做research analyst?
假設如果留係呢個program, 個發展方向大概會由Generalist -> Specialist -> Account Manager -> Relationship manager, 想知道其實佢Specialist 同埋AM嘅價位大概係幾多？同埋裡面競爭大嗎，會唔會好難上位？

general ans to your question:
ppl usually either stay in bbg for a very long time, likely over a decade, or quit after learning enough abt the terminal. Not many direct exit opportunities considering bbg's niche and internal career advancement is very metrics driven as well.

如果講內部競爭環境，其實唔係諗到咁爭餐死咁chur，同埋由於入firm初期有好多嘢要學要test，加上job nature辛苦，所以反而內部culture同老細會比較caring，福利嘢唔錯，因為佢哋好多都係過來人由前線升上去🧐
Direct exit唔多，但其實好多bank / investment firm都會鍾意請bbg人，始終都識到幾多technical knowledge。
Specialist價位大概30中至40K、AM可能可以去到40-50K；如果grad programme入好似programme內係fixed 1month bonus，之後就唔知了。
