- Maxim’s trainee - Online business operation (人工高啲)
help customer experience journey: 涉獵e commerce, App online 攞飛 book枱 落單, 送餐RPA, CRM loyalty prog., 了解下大陸f&b trend
要落鋪做兩個月
- 3hk mt - Marketing (人工低啲, 12 AL lol)
有得rotate 3個dep., 最後憑能力同空缺決定你屬邊個dep.
Departments: Marketing Communications, Finance, Project Management Office, Products and Innovations, Enterprise Market and Consumer Marketing
想問從行業前景(telecom vs f&b)
同埋role嘅發展嚟講(skills transferable?)
想問應該take邊個offer？
我自己就對本身讀文科 intern experience 都係得PR marketing, 而我對marketing厭厭地 想試下business analysis/ 做啲專少少嘅嘢
知道呢兩行都唔係特別好揾 esp f&b好似有啲窄 擔心就算學到入邊online business d嘢都唔知點跳
因為linkedin無太多參考profile 好難揾到前人經驗🙈 唔該曬大家!!
啊唔記得左講, Maxim完左可以升去Senior officer/甚至AM
而3hk問過hr hr淨係話每個人嘅path & position唔同 無答到完左會升做咩lol
Hello, 恭喜你收到以上兩個offer！先敝除大家對美心嘅成見，再就住你個人preference嚟講，個人會覺得前者係吸引少少，因為雖然美心提到嘅內容，例如攞飛app / ecommerce都唔係咩新嘢，但好明顯反映公司宜家進行緊transformation，會有較多嘅project可以參與其中，而呢啲exp亦幫到之後嘅發展可以突然行業嘅界限，即係更加transferable，而3HK就較難判斷。
我都係收到Maxim trainee offer 同另一份12000嘅 offer，想知你 睇人工揀 定 行業前景揀
