掉返轉從一間公司嘅角度去諗，你會唔會好care applicants 嘅academic background?
basic GPA requirements 就當然會有，一般3.2-3.3/ second up 係基本，就好似入大學要3322咁
gpa 係最common Intelligence 同attitude嘅predictor
Accenture 呢啲大firm 咁多applications,
DSE好好/ GPA 好高嘅一定會加bonus points, 但更重要係佢地會睇你有無relevant knowledge 同experience，你係咪3大，degree 係咪relevant，有無consulting/ prestigious tech firm exp，有無scholarship，張CV好唔好睇
你可以想像當你嘅對手係呢個level嘅時候，你有啲咩selling point等人地唔好screen 走你profile?
如果你profile 好好都無回音
一係你嘅specialisation 今年佢地無headcount, 一係你唔夠人地好，一係HR心情唔好睇唔到你份application :)
