想請教下大家 link reit asset management 其實係做咩? 同其他 asset management firm 嘅分別係咪只係 link 集中喺 property investment? 如果第時想補報conglomerate/property mt, 同 leasing 相比, 邊個department會好d? Thanks 🙏

Hi Jimmy!! 首先就恭喜晒先啦，成功踏入property and conglomerate嘅第一步🔥🔥
如果講到其他嘅asset management firms，好多時大家會搵到係financial果邊多少少；Link係以REIT嘅model去run，目標只得一個，就係投資物業收租再派息俾股東😉而Link REIT asset management要做嘅嘢係由day-to-day operation到long-term strategic decisions嘅層面去睇點樣maximise portfolio properties嘅價值，從而去maximise股東可以收到嘅利益。實際上做嘅嘢可能包括：
- 幫物業做可行性研究，睇吓點樣可以幫物業做enhancement去提升物業價值
- 睇下點改吓物業嘅layout / footfall circulation
- 睇吓點樣喺現有物業上面製造多啲空間等等

如果話想做其他property/conglomerate嘅MT，當然leasing係真係有多啲直接呢個位嘅offer，但有啲developer都有asset management / investment，加上唔係咁多人可以intern就入到你個部門，個人覺得就算你之後搵返做Leasing嘅MT，呢個exp都絕對幫到手。
