[Grad Job] Choose Startup or Large Corporation; Trainee Programme or Regular Position?

讀緊 final year supply chain management 嘅來緊我6月就要開始返工。但係我到依家都掙扎緊要邊份offer 好。。。希望大家都可以俾啲意見😵💫
Offer 1: Flexport Supply Chain Operations Specialist.
- 一間2013 係美國成立,雖然依家發展到係唔同國家都有offices,但佢地都好強調佢地 startup 嘅背景🤣。(for argument sake, 當佢係startup 先啦🤣)
- 最主要都係做 Air Freight 所以都主要會去機場返工 (have overnight shift duty but still Mon-Fri normal working hours),但都會有機會係港島嘅corporate office 到返工。
- 成個interview 過程 + 自己上網research 都覺得個 workplace culture 係比較少hierarchy,young 啲嘅公司。
- salary + compensation 係目前我所有 offers 中算最好。
Offer 2: Ocean Network Express (ONE) GT
- 前身由3間日本船公司合併為一。雖然個係新公司,HQ 都去做Singapore,但背後有一段歷史。日本嘅 workplace culture 係 interview 時唔係好覺得,但相信都存在緊 (HK director 係日本人)
- 2-year Programme 係 4~5 個department 到做rotations (final round interview 亦都見曬咁多位supervisors)
- salary + compensation 我覺得都屬於average
- 都感覺到間公司有好好嘅structure,都有比自由度我係program 內去揀department 做rotation + passing 之後揀想入邊個department 繼續發展
兩個offers 入面都冇咩deal breakers。自己都想explore 唔同範疇嘅工作,所以都冇乜明確嘅preference。自己都有學 Anthony 咁上LinkedIn & Glassdoor research 啲exit opportunities & etc.🤣 望落好似 flexport 會有多啲variety,而ONE 多數都係internal promotion。自己都覺得flexport 嘅culture 好似啱我多啲。而且係startup 發展嘅機會會比大公司更多?
但好多時都聽人講第一份工好重要 (include salary)!咁係咪變相要留意多啲偏向大公司嘅offer?因為出名啲? High salary 嘅機會都高啲? 將來轉工/轉行都容易啲?(來緊都會有大公司 interview e.g. CMI final in & FedEx 1st interview)
Moreover, GT / MT programme 對於 fresh grad 係未來career 嘅幫助係咪會更大?好多時都會話GT MT 個career progression 會更快,升職都會考慮左你先? (performance 當然另計) 相比之下,regular position 嘅progression 又會唔會慢過GT / MT?
之前都因為salary + compensation 原因決定 withdraw 一間公司嘅GT programme,依家有個都OK嘅GT offer 都想問一問意見先再決定。
