Telstra International Graduate (Network/Software engineering) vs IBM GBS Consulting associate offer
自己本身讀computer science+business minor, 想一開始儲下technical experience, 但之後會想做high level啲嘅例如technical consultant, Technical PM/BA
據我所知Telstra除左做telecom都有technology方面嘅business, 公司自己亦都有唔少digital transformation嘅project, 澳洲region嘅IG program仲有technology consulting揀, 唔知香港IG rotation有冇機會接觸到類似嘅roles
IBM就會係project based rotation，同會盡量比我地試唔同roles，但都知係好chur
Monthly base salary起薪就Telstra高幾K, 但唔知做落去嘅加幅同其他bonus嗰啲，所以想比較下2間嘅career path, culture, exposure, 之後嘅人工，出路等等方面, 可唔可以比啲意見？Thanks a lot!!

Hello+Lyn!!+厲害兩邊offers都有，都係好嘢😏👍🏻首先當然要邀請你麻煩俾你同我哋分享一下每一round+interview嘅內容，幫幫下屆同學仔啦🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️
先簡單嚟講，如果想早啲就達到你嘅career+aspiration，直接少少嘅經驗會係IBM+->+Tech+Consultant+vs+Telstra+->+PM，始終都係本身都已經有consultant同in-house之分。而我個人嚟講，雖然IBM可能會有多啲嘅varieties，但始終prefer+in-house，尤其係你已經有consultant+vs+PM之間有preference+(如果有)🙄
當然太遠嘅就好難預計，但根據我哋粗淺嘅了解，三兩年內嘅package同工作環境wise會係Telstra略勝，人工差唔遠，depends+bonus+(13.5個月以外果款)+IBM有機會會贏啲啲，但overall+Telstra應該較佳👍🏻
