Hi all! 想問下hsbc coop program既interview會問咩問題？同埋答題目時點先可以stand out from others? thank you very much for helping!

Hey hi!! 通常Co-op / Summer / placement嘅individual interview嘅問題都係相對容易預計到，主要都係三個種類嘅問題：
- Strength-based
- Motiviational
- Technical (but more shallow ones)
個人建議都其實要對自己部嗰個部門有相都認識，因為H R會嘗試測試一下你對唔同部門之間嘅分別有冇相應嘅了解，又或者對你報緊嗰個部門嘅工作或有咩產品嘅認識都會輕輕一問，起碼睇你有冇做足資料蒐集同準備。
例如RBWM Global Investment Products佢哋有問過：
- self-intro
- What is your career aspiration
- tell us about your knowledge in funds
- what is your expectation of the role
- usage of VBA
- strength
最後解答點樣先能夠stand out：語文要好 lol
好as in要流利要自信要有內容，唔係講緊乜乜perfect pronounciation...所以反而做返最基本嘅準備應該會幫到手，加油🔥🔥
