Congrats on the vetting letter la! It is not 100% but yes you stand for a high chance.

We sought advice from an insider, who shared with us that the chance depends on how fast you received the vetting notification after your previous interview. She mentioned that the faster you received that, the higher chance you have as they would usually send out vetting requests according to your performance score. But she emphasized again that even candidates on the waiting list would receive vetting requests as well.
