想知道MTR associate同GT嘅起薪同完programme後嘅career prospect同人工方面會唔會有好大差別？除左GT可以rotate唔同function，兩者喺資源/exposure上又會有咩分別？thank you!

Hey hello!! 有啦，都算大分別嘅...首先人工都爭幾k啦...
其他嘢一句講晒：GT=MT、Associates=GT，基本上就係corporate rotational trainee vs functional trainee嘅分享，喺內部當然有level之分；但講到之後轉出去，又或者一早已經有function preference，Associates位都叫幾唔錯啦，都有rotations，又唔擔心無心儀部門完programme落户，起碼都係果個大部門先啦😉
