I will go for HSBC GLCM as it's a front office role while MS one is only back office.

In terms of salary progression, despite a high starting salary of MS one (~30k), the increment each year is super slow for back office roles. Meanwhile, hsbc glcm one shd have a more progressive increment during the 2 years program and afterwards.

Also, in terms of career development, hsbc one gives u a broader exit path. You can jump to other banks' corp bank/transaction bank. For MS one, it is limited.

Therefore, I will choose hsbc glcm over ms. Hope these help!
