都係一個物管role但focus property handover, 除非本身已經揀定想做物管, exposure一定同mt好唔同, 但得意個位係好多地產公司通常會將property mgt分開另一間公司, 但呢個依然係under sino, 可能第時轉property相關field或internal transfer都容易d

今年新嘢，真心無咩感覺。Alex好啱，如果齋講prop+ma+n，行來最好一定係Kai+Shing。如果要比較programme，來來去去都係睇呢幾樣嘢：

1. Career+progression 
2. Reference+from+previous+programme+graduates 
3. Site+/+Project

第二點，Kai+Shing完勝，因為有咗好多屆嘅graduated+Trainee，亦見到有唔少例子已經升咗上去做「場主」；Sino呢個就第一屆🙄

第三，睇公司有咩盤俾你做，有咩exposure幫你舖路。Kai+Shing好多時都係做commercial，例如office+/+shopping+malls，但全部都係AA級大盤；Sino呢邊就sell做"property+handover"，姐係佢大傾向係sell大家做一手樓交樓同新盤，亦即係做residential成份多。呢個就睇大家自己嘅preference啦。
