對於呢兩條advisory+team,+其實唔只summer+intern,+grad+job都應該會遇到同一個問題,+首先要睇下你對邊類institutions有興趣,+因為ACP係做FSO,+即係bank,+insurance,+financial+個類既公司,+而會有rotation+between+FSO既performance+improvement+(PI)+同+risk+team。+其實for+FSO,+PI既project係比較少,+所以大部分都會係做risk既project,+內容大概係睇下公司既compliance,+對比下公司現時既policy+同+HKMA既+manual+再比suggestion等等。+係比較適合原本讀+account+and+finance+既同學仔。 

而Performance+Improvement+呢條team,+就係做core+既公司,+即係除左FSO咩都會做,+例如+Retail,+Conglomerate,+Telecom,+Aviation等等,+project既內容亦會diverse+,+做多d有關technology既project。類似management+consulting+既工作,+例如係睇下HR+system有咩問題,+入china+market要用咩strategy,+Procurement+strategy等等,+接觸既層面比較多,+而本身係唔需要有finance/accounting既底子。
