Hi Charis, for JSA, questions are really more "applied" into yo future workplace.
Taking the reference from last year's GPB JSA, you will firstly be asked with a video interview questions on your biggest strength and how this could support your work in HSBC. Pure video interview, 2 minutes.
Then, you will be assigned a case study, something about a client having 4 demands who are transferred from CMB client to your PB client, and you need to answer 4 different questions in the form of video recording, email writing and financial questions. The mentioned 4 client demands are directly related to the 4 respective questions, which in total will cost you 28 - 30 minutes. You should prepare yourself with a pen, sheets of paper and a calculator.
Lastly, JSA will end with 3 ranking behavioural questions, which should be with big difference with what you have done in OIA.
