Swire seems better in entire package and the industry exposure of swire properties or Coca Cola may help you enter other developers such as SHKP or NWD or FMCG such as P&G or RB easier. 

HKJC is a bit focus on charities or CSR which means exit opportunity will be PR or Sustainability, it seems a bit narrow. If go racing assurance related position, it is even more niche and choosing HKJC may have less exit opportunities.
