成個Flow係:

1. HR係原定時間前5-10mins through email send materials比你

2. Total會比1hour你prep曬所有野

3. 每Part各有30mins

4. 做邊Part先Depends on HR 唔一定係Business Case先

Part 1: Business Case

1. Discuss 1個business case (30mins with group of 6-8ppl) 

- 每人輪流有2mins首輪發言(佢make sure每個人都有機會講野) 

-2 mins唔洗點理 (我上年個assessor無計時......然後Free Discussion得幾分鐘)

- 之後就15mins Free Discussion —> better make consensus 

- Part 1其實無乜野可以prep到

Part 2: Pitching

1. Deliver a 3mins pitch with Q&A follow up

 (上年係Pitch 1個New Product/Service for GCB customers)

- Prep GCB market positioning

- Brainstorm hv wt new product to launch

- Brainstorm how to deliver the product to the market (Event/Collaboration with KOL)
