想問各位Loreal virtual assessment centre 除左普通大路面試對佢公司品牌campaign嘅問題仲會有啲咩架？

文科人第一次做assessment centre,仲要virtual版本，擔心case study / group exercise要答啲計數分析方面既野

上年做法感覺上比較複雜，嘗試簡單用點列方式分享一吓：

Impression Day (上年大概十一/二月)：

Group task (game) ->
Group Interview (2 parts: Q1 is about using L'Oréal's brand to describe yourself; Q2 onward are standard interview questions) ->
Office Tour ->
Chit-chat with current MTs and HR

Around 3 hours in total

上年情況大概有160人過到呢關收到下面嘅online test同Inspiration Day。

Marketing Online Test (大概今年嘅一/二月)：

Emmm...testing your basic knowledge on marketing 🙄

(CM1 Test)

Inspriation Day (大概今年嘅一/二月)：

1 min self-introduction
3 mins individual presentation pitch on case study (有一個星期時間準備)
10 min group discussion (Q&A on other members' pitch and conclude as a group...with choosing which is the best proposal)
40 mins panel interview

Around 1.5 hours in total

Final Interview (大概今年三/四月)

無standard format，都係圍繞why L'Oréal、career aspiration、behavioural questions等，有機會問番你之前present果個deck添。

Around 30 mins
