除咗樓上講嘅，通常仲有兩樣嘢要做

1. 做property management

因為d investors嘅properties通常都lease out，所以你要manage中間嘅所有嘢，例如deal with唔同agents/clients，裝修嗰啲。基本上你就當你自己係個owners，之後如果你要租出去嘅話，所有procedures你都要involve，咁當然你要同返個investor交代

2. listing/explore new markets

即係除咗做你而家pe手上有嘅properties，週不時可能你要update下你做緊嗰個region/district嘅其他盤或者有咩deal。如果你要做新region，咁就要做多啲嗰區嘅research。

當然都depends on你boss會唔會想做其他research or modelling，咁如果有，當然你都要handle埋（ps通常都有macro economic嘅research要做）
